Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned products must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and include all tags.

Please Note:

• Returns for sizing or fit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  
• Return requests must be submitted before sending any item back.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
  

Final Sale Items

Products marked as Final Sale—including Vivo Barefoot, Skinners, and Topo shoes—cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Sale items, gift cards, and toe socks are also non-returnable.
